Reception
The reception office is in a separate building near the entrance of the complex. There you can find us, always in a great mood and with a big smile, we are at your service for anything you need or query that you might have in order to ensure memorable, carefree, and heavenly holidays.
Inside the reception office, there is a lending library where you can borrow books, in different languages, for no charge. There is a variety of books and tourist guides for our visitors’ entertainment and information. In our reception, you can also browse the Internet using our computer and laptop. You can check-in after 15:00 p.m. and check-out (except in special cases) until 11:00.

Internet Access
Free wireless internet access is provided in both the external and internal areas of the apartments.
Sending/receiving and printing e-mails and fax
Sending, receiving and printing of e-mails or faxes are free in the reception office.
Satellite Television
Satellite television is available free in all of the apartments.

Parking
For every apartment there is one parking spot available. Parking is free, spacious and no reservation is required.
Air conditioning
Air conditioning is included in the price.
Cleanliness
Room service is provided every three days. The apartments which are not equipped with a washing machine can use the common laundry.

Bicycles
Next to the reception office there are bicycles available to our visitors (both young and old) free of charge so they can have a tour or do their shopping.
Tennis Court
Our tennis court is located 200 metres away from the apartments. It is fully equipped (rackets, balls, night lights) and it is also free of charge.
Outdoor automatic defibrillator
We provide an outdoor automatic defibrillator in case of an emergency. Two of our staff members are specially trained in its use and in first aid in general (holders of certificate).
Playground
Young children can play safely around our quiet, olive tree surroundings. Near the reception office there is also a large and fully equipped playground (cradles, slides, seesaw, trampoline, toys etc.) for endless play and fun.
Tavern
Our tavern is located between the apartments and the beach our visitors can enjoy exceptional homemade food with local ingredients, for those who seek authentic traditional Cretan tastes. Enjoy the prefect combination of a pleasant and friendly atmosphere along with the panoramic view to the sea that creates a romantic, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
